Opt out of a campaign


To opt out of an email campaign:

  1. Log in to 
  2. Click on the Campaigns tab
  3. Click once on the campaign to opt out of
  4. Click on the Opt Out button at the bottom of the page
  5. Enter the reason you would like to opt out
  6. Click the Opt Out of Campaign button
Once successfully opted out, the campaign will have OptOut as the status.  Future campaigns will automatically resume after the opted out campaign is launched.
