We will email you a recap of each campaign two days after the newsletter is sent out. If you would like to take a deeper look at the performance statistics, you can access those in your OutboundEngine account.

Open the OutboundEngine app
- Tap Campaigns in the bottom row
From your mobile app, view your campaigns and see how well they've performed. You will also see which contacts are engaged, and you can easily reach out to those contacts directly from your OutboundEngine mobile app. For a higher-level overview of the campaign results, log into your OutboundEngine account from your desktop.

Click Performance from the left-hand column
The Performance is designed to give you big-picture statistics for each of your campaigns. Here, you can find the individual metrics that make up your open and click rates, as well as a side-by-side comparison of each of your campaigns.
If you are interested in learning about whether a particular contact is opening or clicking on your emails, you can find the specifics in the Contact Details section for that particular contact.
Understanding Campaign Performance
The data available in Performance includes the total number of emails sent, delivered, opened, and clicked. There is also a section for Popular Links Clicked to the right of the page and a summary of the results with the option to download a spreadsheet of the results.
Sent - number of emails sent by our system on your behalf
Delivered - number of emails successfully received by an inbox
Opened - number of contacts who opened the email (this is a form of engagement)
Clicked - number of contacts who clicked on a link within the email (this is a secondary form of engagement)
