If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it please follow these steps:
- Go to app.outboundengine.com
- Click on "Forget your password?"
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Reset my Password"
- Check your email for a new message from "email@example.com" titled "Password Reset Request for OutboundEngine"
- Click on the link in that email (This will open a new window)
- Enter your new password, confirm that it is correct, and click "Change my Password"
- Click on "continue to OutboundEngine" to access your account (you will be redirected there in a couple seconds if you click nothing).
If you remember your current password and would like to change it please follow these steps:
- Log into your account at app.outboundengine.com
- Click on your headshot in the bottom left corner of the screen
- Click on "account settings" to go to your internal account settings
- Select "Login/Password" from the account settings menu in the top left corner of the screen
- Click on "reset password"
- Enter your current password, new password, and confirmation of your new password.
- Click on "save" (this will log you out of your account"
- Re-enter your new login information.
