How do I reset or update my password?

If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it please follow these steps: 

  1. Go to app.outboundengine.com
  2. Click on "Forget your password?"
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Reset my Password"
  4. Check your email for a new message from "support@outboundengine.com" titled "Password Reset Request for OutboundEngine"
  5. Click on the link in that email (This will open a new window) 
  6. Enter your new password, confirm that it is correct, and click "Change my Password" 
  7. Click on "continue to OutboundEngine" to access your account (you will be redirected there in a couple seconds if you click nothing). 

If you remember your current password and would like to change it please follow these steps: 

  1. Log into your account at app.outboundengine.com
  2. Click on your headshot in the bottom left corner of the screen
  3. Click on "account settings" to go to your internal account settings
  4. Select "Login/Password" from the account settings menu in the top left corner of the screen
  5. Click on "reset password"
  6. Enter your current password, new password, and confirmation of your new password. 
  7. Click on "save" (this will log you out of your account"
  8. Re-enter your new login information.
