Do inactive contacts count towards my plan contact limit?


OutboundEngine only counts your active email addresses towards your total email count. For example, if you have 1000 contacts, of which 800 are active and 200 are inactive, we only consider you to have 800 contacts. If your account plan allows for 1000 contacts, you can add 200 more for a total of 1000 active contacts.
