Fix a distorted logo, or headshot image on your campaign

We want your campaign to look fantastic! If you find that an image on your campaign is appearing blurry, or distorted, there are a couple of things you can do to resolve it.

1. Start with a high resolution vector graphic such as an .eps, .ai, .psd, etc.

2. Re-size the file to meet the OutboundEngine pixel specifications:

    Logo: 300x90 pixels

    Headshot: 80x90 pixels

3. Once you have re-sized the image, we recommend saving it as a .png file.
