To add, update, or remove a personal note from your campaigns please follow these steps:
(If you are one of our promotional products customers please give our customer success team a call at 888.988.5526 so we can enable the personal note feature on your campaigns)
- Log into your account at app.outboundengine.com
- Click on Campaign Settings on the left side of the screen.
- Click on Content from the list of options in the top left corner of the campaign settings page.
- Under the heading "Add a personal note to your campaigns" enter the message you would like to display in the personal note section of your template.
- If you want your personal note to display on your campaigns make sure that the toggle switch below the text box reads Display and is highlighted in green. You can toggle between Display and Hide by clicking on the switch.
- Click DONE in the top right corner of your page to save your changes. If you would like to preview the note on your campaign, then click here.
