Change the day or time that my email campaign is sent

To change the day and/or time that your email campaigns are sent:

(Please click here if you are one of our promotional products customers as the process is slightly different.)

  1. Log into your account at http://app.outboundengine.com
  2. Click on Campaign Settings on the left side of the screen
  3. Click on Scheduling from the list of options in the top left corner of the campaign settings page.
  4. Click on the day you would like to send future campaigns on. 
  5. Use the arrows below "select a time of day" to select the time to send future campaigns.
  6. Make sure that the toggle switch corresponds to the correct time of day you had in mind (AM or PM).
  7. Click DONE in the top right corner of the screen to save your changes.
