What is the difference between Account Settings and Campaign Settings?

Campaign Settings is a tab in app.outboundengine.com which displays the outward contact information and settings for your campaigns.  This includes your contact information, social media and website links, logo, headshot and campaign templates.  Basically everything you wish to have displayed to your audience.  You can also edit all of this information directly from the Campaign Settings tab just by clicking the gear symbol next to each section.


Account Settings is a section of app.outboundengine.com which displays your personal account information, for you own use - not to be seen by your audience.  For our Promotional products customers you can get to this section by clicking the blue drop-down button at the top-right of the app. For all other customers click on your headshot in the bottom left hand corner. Then click on "Account Settings." These account settings include your login email address, password, your personal contact information, automated social sharing connections (if included in your monthly plan), message center alert settings, embed code to generate a contact form on your website, and billing information.  You can also edit all of this information directly from Account Settings just by clicking the gear symbol next to each section for our Promotional products customers. Or for all other customers please just make your edits and click the "Done" button in the top right corner.
