If you have a Business Profile Page, we have added an effective way to engage with your visitors. Visitors will be presented with a popup window where they can enter their information and send you a message.
To manage your popup settings, all you have to do is login to http://app.outboundengine.com
Once you have logged in, click on the tab labeled "Business Profile"
Go to the Chat section and click on the gears to enable it (this feature is disabled by default).
To enable this feature, select Yes next to Enable Chat. You can also adjust the amount of time before the popup appears on your site (Popup Delay), edit your Chat Introduction and edit your Chat Away Message. Once you have adjusted it to your liking, be sure to click Save.
Your popup will appear on your site after the time you set for the Popup Delay (defaulted to 10 seconds).
Your client is able to send you a message with their inquiry.
Their message will be sent directly to you via email as a Hot Lead.
Then just followup with that client as you see fit.
If you would like to disable the popup feature, you can do so at any time by going back to your Business Profile Settings and clicking the gears in the Chat section again.
Just select No next to Enable Chat and then Save.
Your chat will then be disabled.
