To view the history of an individual contact follow these steps:
- Log into your account at http://app.outboundengine.com
- Click on Contacts on the left side of the screen.
- Double click on the contact you are curious about.
- Scroll until you see the heading activity log.
- Here you will see the items this customer has recently clicked on along with the date and time that they did so and links to view the item in both your OutboundEngine account and on your customer facing catalog.*
*Note if this screen is blank, it means that the person clicking on the email did not click on a specific item. It can also mean that the contact's browser security settings do not allow us to capture this information.
