Change the day or time that my email campaign is sent (Promotional Products Customers)

To change the day and/or time that your email campaigns are sent:

(Please click here if you are not one of our promotional products customers as the process is slightly different.)

  1. Log into your account at http://app.outboundengine.com
  2. Click on Campaign Settings on the left side of the screen
  3. Click on the Gear next to "email sender"
  4. Select the day you would like to send future campaigns from the dropdown next to "Day of week to send:" 
  5. Select the time to send from the drop down next to "Time to Send:"
  6. Click Save on the bottom of the "edit email sender details" window.
