How do I upload my headshot? (Promotional Products Customers)

To upload a headshot to your campaigns please follow these steps:

(Please click here if you are not one of our promotional products customers as the process is slightly different.)

  1. Log into your account at app.outboundengine.com
  2. Click on Campaign Settings on the left side of the screen. 
  3. Click on the gear next to "Headshot" on the bottom left side of the campaign settings window.
  4. Click on the gray plus sign above the word "headshot." 
  5. Drag an image into the space marked "Drop image from your computer here" or click browse to search your computer for an image. 
  6. Resize and Position the image to fit completely inside the box which appears.
  7. Click ok to save your changes. If you would like to preview the headshot on your campaign click here.

Note: The minimum size for a headshot is 300 x 300 pixels.
