Change the contact information on my campaigns (Promotional Products Customers)

To add, edit, or delete your contact information as it appears on your email campaigns:

(Please click here if you are not one of our promotional products customers as the process is slightly different.)

  1. Log in to your account at http://app.outboundengine.com
  2. Click on Campaign Settings on the left side of your screen.
  3. Click the gear next to Email Sender.
  4. Make any changes you would like to be reflected on future campaigns. 
  5. Click SAVE at the bottom of the edit email sender details window.
  6. Click here for instructions on how to preview upcoming campaigns to make sure that everything is perfect!
