The information in the Campaign Settings informs what will appear on your email newsletters. By default, the Campaign Settings will also inform the contact info displayed on the Website.
From your desktop
Log in at app.outboundengine.com
Click Campaigns from the left-hand column
Click near the top of the page on the gear icon to make changes as needed.
From here you can access and update details such as:
- Account Info -
- In this section, you should enter your contact information as you would like it to appear on the email newsletters. This information includes:
- Company name
- Email address
- Physical address
- Phone numbers
- NMLS/license numbers
Note: We send your email blasts from our own servers, but to your contacts, the email campaigns appear to come directly from you at the email address displayed in Campaign Settings.
- Web/Social Info -
- Click any round icon to add links to your social media pages to your email newsletters. Available icons include Facebook, LinkedIn, Yelp, and other important social media profiles.
- Campaign Images -
- View or change the headshot, logo, and certification logo which will be displayed on the email newsletters.
- Content -
- You can add or edit your personal note, custom content blocks, or disclaimer.
- Scheduling -
- Choose the date and time you would like to send your email newsletters. The system will automatically adjust to your correct time zone.
Note: Our recommended sending times include TUES, WED, or THURS either first thing in the morning or just after lunch.
- Style -
- Select your newsletter template and color palette.
To save your updates or changes, click Done at the top right of the page.
