Add Social Media and Website Links to Your Campaigns

Diversifying your presence online is an important part of your overall marketing strategy.  Adding links to your various social media sites to your Campaign Settings allows your contacts to visit your sites right from your email campaigns.

From your desktop

Log in at app.outboundengine.com

Click Campaigns from the left-hand column



Click Settings near the top of the page



Scroll down to the Web/Social Info section



Click any round icon to view a drop-down menu

copy/paste the link to the corresponding social media page



Click Done to save

Click Done at the top right to finalize
 
Note: To preview how the new icons will appear in the next email newsletter, follow these steps:

Return to Campaigns in the left-hand column

Right-click on any campaign with a future send date

From the drop-down menu, click Preview to view the full newsletter
 
Find the needed links to your social media sites

*To add an icon directing to your social media pages, you will need to know the URL for your profile on that site.  To find that link, navigate to the social media page you would like to link in Campaign Settings and copy/paste the URL from the top of the page.*
