We know that you stay busy with the day-to-day responsibilities associated with running your business, and as your marketing partners, we manage your marketing schedule and automatically send emails and make posts on social media for you. All campaigns default to Scheduled, but if you ever need to stop a post, email, or overall campaign you can do so by logging in to your OutboundEngine account.
From your desktop
Log in at app.outboundengine.com
Click Campaigns from the left-hand column
Right-click on the Campaign you want to opt out of
Click Opt Out from the drop-down menu and a small pop-up window will appear:
Check/Un-check the box next to “Opt out of the additional social streams for this campaign?” to determine whether the social media posts related to this email will be posted
Leave a comment about why you are opting out of this campaign
Click Opt Out of Campaign within the pop-up window
In the campaigns tab, the status of that campaign will now read Opt Out
