Facebook tabs allow you to add forms applicable to your business to your Facebook Business page. These tabs allow customers to reach out by easily clicking on a tab and filling out the form. Any time a customer fills out one of these forms you'll receive an email alerting you to follow up.
In order to add Facebook Tabs please follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Login to the OutboundEngine app.
Access your Account Settings by clicking on your headshot in the lower left-hand corner of the app.
Click on the Facebook tab icons you’d like to add to your Facebook page.
Click add page tab in the Facebook window.
To move the icons up in your tab list, click the arrow next to your list of tabs on your Facebook page, then choose a tab and click the pencil. Then choose from the “Swap position with” list.
To link directly to a tab, go to the tab and copy the URL from your browser. You can then add it to an email signature, a tweet, or even to an email you send to your customers asking them to check out your page.
