Preview Your Email Campaigns

Our Studio Team prepares fresh content for our email and social media campaigns on an ongoing basis. This is to ensure that content is relevant, accurate, and interesting.  We'll email you a preview of upcoming email newsletters 3 days before they are scheduled to send.  At any time, you can view the full content of an email newsletter by logging in to your OutboundEngine account.

The topics for the campaigns will be displayed in Campaigns a few weeks in advance, and as the content is written it will be filled in accordingly with a Draft status.

Once the content is finalized, the status will be updated to Scheduled and no further changes will be made before the campaign is sent.

Note: You can preview a campaign in Draft or Scheduled status.

From your desktop

Log in at app.outboundengine.com

Click Campaigns from the left-hand column


Right-click on the campaign you would like to view




Click Preview from the drop-down menu

This will open the newsletter in a new browser tab




Note: Leverage the Preview to see how edits to your Campaign Settings will appear on the emails.
