Marketing Content
The content we write for your business is informative and editorial in nature. We avoid direct solicitation of legal services, advice on legal matters, or legal counsel. You have an opportunity to review all content before it is sent.

Email
All marketing materials we send through email are branded with your name, business address, hours of operation, headshot and logo. We follow CAN-SPAM laws and send only to the people on your contact list. We include a standard disclaimer that you have the option to customize.

Social Media
The content that we share on your behalf to Facebook and LinkedIn is meant to entertain your fans and followers rather than to directly solicit legal services, advice on legal matters, or legal counsel.

Online Reviews
Our platform allows you to manually send an email that asks the recipient to write a review. The account owner is responsible for triggering these requests. The content of these emails can be edited and can only be sent to contacts you’ve uploaded to your account. There is no quid pro quo; simply a way to ask for reviews from past clients.
