How to Sync your databases

From your desktop

Log in at app.outboundengine.com

Click Contacts from the left-hand column

Click    near the top right

Scroll down to the Sync Contacts section

Choose Contactually or Gmail by clicking    next to the appropriate database and generate a drop-down menu
 
Contactually

Click    

Enter your Contactually login credentials

Click Sign In

Click Authorize

Select the Contactually Buckets you would like to pull into your OutboundEngine Account (you can edit this at any time)

Click SYNC NOW
*if you click SAVE, your settings will be saved and the first sync will take place automatically prior to your next email newsletter.

Click    at the top right

Click CLICK HERE to initiate Contact Sync

Enter your Gmail login credentials

Click Sign In

Click Authorize

Click Sync Contacts

How to disconnect Contact Sync

From your desktop

Log in at app.outboundengine.com

Click Contacts in the left-hand column

Click New Contact(s) near the top right

Scroll down to the Sync Contacts section
 
Contactually

Click the small down arrow at the right of the Contactually box to trigger the drop-down menu

Click DISCONNECT

Gmail

Click the small down arrow at the right of the Gmail box to trigger the drop-down menu

Click DISCONNECT
