Understanding Contact Activity Scores
This dashboard utilizes an activity scoring system to provide a quick overview of how engaged your contacts are with your content, specifically your newsletters.
Here's a breakdown of what each score range signifies:
- Score 0: Inactive
- Contacts in this category have not shown any recent engagement with your newsletters.
- Score 1-5: Low Engagement
- These contacts are showing a slight level of interest, either by occasionally opening newsletters or clicking on a few links. They are on the path to becoming more engaged.
- Score 6-8: Engaged
- Contacts within this range are consistently interacting with your content. They are regularly opening your newsletters and clicking on links, indicating a healthy level of interest and active participation.
- Score 9-16+: Highly Engaged
- These are your most active and interested contacts. Their high scores reflect frequent opens and clicks, demonstrating a strong connection with your content. These individuals are prime candidates for further nurturing and deeper engagement opportunities.
How Scores are Calculated: Each time a contact opens one of your newsletters or clicks on a link within it, points are added to their activity score. This continuous tracking provides a real-time reflection of their current engagement level.
